Diabetic Foot Care Guide
If your needs are outside our scope of services, we will work with you and your referring provider to find a clinician to provide appropriate care specific to your needs. After each visit, your referring provider and primary care provider will have access to your clinical notes to ensure that you have comprehensive and coordinated care.
Urgent and emergency care services are available within our facility if medical needs arise during an appointment.
